Exemption notices, 1932-[ongoing].

Notices sent to Bureau from local districts to cover exemption of pupils from school because of physical and/or mental disability. Subsequent renewals are attached to original notice and filed as long as exemption is in effect; that is until pupil reaches 16 years (17 years where city or village board of Education rules) or until condition requiring original exemption is corrected.
